RECIPE
- Ingredient
2 boneless chicken thigh about 500g
- Marinate
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
4 shallots, blended and squeezed for juice
- Seasoning
2 tbsp black pepper sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
4 -5 tbsp water
Preparation
- Marinate chicken for several hours or overnight
- Pan fry chicken skin until golden brown
- Turn over chicken and cook until done
- Boil seasoning and pour on top of chicken
- Serve with other side dishes like mashed potato, coleslaw etc.
