RECIPE
100g small sago
100ml coconut milk + 1/4 tsp salt

Water enough to cover the sago

25g rock sugar
50g sugar
1 bunch pandan leaves,knotted
1/2 cup water
Preparation
- Soak sago pearls in water for 10 - 15 mins.
- Bring water to boil and pour in sago and keep stirring
- Turn off the heat when sago is half translucent and let left it to cook
- Once cook, wash sago in running water until starch is wash off
- Set sago in heart shaped pan and refrigerate until cool
- Boil all syrup ingredients until it thickens and set to cool
- Serve sago with coconut milk and syrup
